91Just to clarify: what's the use-case here? You mentioned that you're using bootable USB to "unlock the locked computer". Our bootable USB is used for restoring image-based backups to a new machine.
Anyway, the usual suggestions would be to check your UEFI/BIOS settings and make sure that the first boot device is set to USB and not the hard drive.
