    Hi,

    I was wondering if you have any plans to introduce 24 hour support?

    I'm in Australia so your support is closed most of my day.

    Also if I had a server down and had issues with restoring I need to be able to raise a sev1 and have it looked at asap.

    We're currently considering this and you can definitely expect 24/7 support in the future, but can't promise anything right now.
