    When i try to connect other computer, it show in progress. but when other computer connect to it, it is work.

    Hi , please do the following on BOTH machines in question:
    Click Menu > Diagnostic, fill in the description (please specify something like "cannot connect TO this computer" in both times) and press Send to Support.
    This automatically opens a support ticket.
