    Hi
    we are running Cloudberry online backup vm edition version 5.9.4.246 on a physical server 2016 box, which is backing up 4 hyper v vm's.
    3 of the 4 vm's i can perform file level restores ok, but one of them when i browse the backup in the file level restore window, i can see the 'volume' but im unable to browse the disk any further.

    the only difference i can find is tat the server i am having trouble with is set up as a gen 2 vm with a scsi disk where as the other 3 are gen 1 with ide disks.

    has anyone come across this before? i have raised a ticket with cloudberry support, but they have not been able to come up with a solution, and passed it on to the developers.

    Yes, that's a known issue. The fix is planned for release during the next week. This can change, but the info I got from our devs today is pretty solid.
