GUI Not launching after pushed update
My company uses MBS for internal backups and after pushing a client update, some of the computers are not able to launch the GUI and backups are not running in the background even with the service shown as started. Is there a better way to fix this than uninstalling the entire application and starting from scratch on the problem machines? Thanks.
Nathan, I think if this is a pressing issue (which is sounds like it is) you should open a Support ticket. This issue will be hard to resolve through the forums - and without detailed log information needed by the support rep.
