    Hello Team,

I am currently receiving the same warning message daily from a client's backup on MSP360.

    Warning
No access to 1 files / folders (code: 1601)
1 file/folder selected for backup is not found in the backup source or cannot be accessed

From what I can see in the report, the file causing this warning is an obscure file deep in the file structure of Firefox. Seeing as this is not a critical file, I would like to somehow suppress this warning or configure the application to exclude this file.

Any guidance or instruction here would be appreciated. Thank you!

If you're working with a file-level backup plan, you have the option to exclude specific files from the backup process. To achieve this, either uncheck the desired file within the Backup Source section or skip the entire folder by utilizing the Advanced Filter settings in your backup plan configuration.xvfz26r0rueejzkh.png

When utilizing an image-based backup plan, employ the "Exclude files/folders" option available in the Advanced Options settings.s7tlu42rxo1lkbvj.png
