We are using Cloudberry Drive on Windows Server 2012 R2 in our production system.

The other day, IBM Cloud updated SSL Cert from Gen1 to Gen2.(https://knowledge.digicert.com/general-information/digicert-root-and-intermediate-ca-certificate-updates-2023)

After that, our file server became to fail mounting Object Storage with Cloudberry Drive.

We are using Cloudberry Drive 3.2.0.2 . Could you please tell me how to recover the connection to the Object Storage?

We already installed new Root and Intermediate Certificate.

And Cloudberry Drive’s Test Connection has been already succeeded.

Additionally, we confirmed that “rclone” can be synchronized with object storage over HTTPS.

However, Cloudberry Drive still cannot mount the object storage.
