Is MSPBackup itself GCC High/DFARS/CMMC2/ITAR Complilant?

As long as I have my office365 or local backup destination hosted in the customer's Microsoft GCC High cloud tenant will backups be compliant or does your support staff somehow have access to the customer's backup destinations if they're configured in office365 backup?

GCC High is becoming more important as more and more firms move to that level of cloud security.
