Unattended mode - unable to initiate connection
Remote workstation contains the latest available RA
When I try to connect I can see only:
Registration in progress...
Connection to 999 999 999
Registration failed: invalid server ID
Check if the application on the remote computer is up to date.
When I launch Remote Assistant on remote workstation's desktop (ie. under logged user) I can connect without any problem via PIN or my credentials.
What am I doing wrong?
As usual I have found partial answer just after I posted the question.
CloudBerry Remote Assistant Service was not running, although it's configured to start automatically.
Seems to be one of the issue we're working on at the moment. The software is still being tested and refined, so many improvements will be made in the future on that front.
